This site was built to help support and advise others in this awful life changing situation
Because The Agony Affects Whole Families Not Just One Person
My family and I have been through the mill in the last year when my step daughter accused me of abuse of a sexual nature these allegations are totally untrue but it still rips your life apart, social servics investigating every move, the police (CPU) raiding your home etc. Along the road to hell we have gained a lot of knowledge and found many others in the same situation. Together we can help each other, and one day hopefully raise awareness of the growing numbers of these cases.
The forum is for whole families (restricted to over18's) that are affected as I have seen the anguish on my parents, and wifes Grandparents faces as the case proceeds, luckily they all support me but they need support too, My mother has become ill from this as has has my mother -in -law, even my father who I thought could cope with all has been deeply affected.
So there we have it, False Allegatons are on the increase as we become a compensation fuelled society, every day another person gets wrongly convicted for sexual offences due to others greed or jelousy. We want the laws tightened and the people to be aware of what is happening. This seems to be the only offence that can be tried without evidence and no matter what the outcome many peoples lives are destroyed in the process.
If we can assist one person, support one person, or make people aware that the stories they read in the press are not always true then our hard work has been worth it (even we admit to reading papers prior to this and thinking how could somebody do that to a child, but know we keep an open mind). We are going through this ourselves and it is the hardest thing we have ever had to face as a family, but we want to still help others without predjudice.

A Poem from one of our members whos partner is on remand for allegations he rightfully denies.
You're my best friend, my soul mate, my lover, my life
My world was complete when I became your wife
I love you in good times and in the bad
Whilst we are apart I am forever sad
In the times ahead we both must be strong
To get back together that's where we belong
I know it will take time for that day to arrive
And until it does we both must survive
I know it is harder for you than for me
But I am fighting my best for you to be free
I long for the day when you will be home
And from that day forward you'll never be alone
I promise you this I will stay by your side
And together each day we'll be watching the tide
My love for you is forever true
When we are together I am never blue
Our visits are short but mean the world to me
To never be parted we will eventually be
Our love will survive this of that have no doubt
Our feelings and love are what marriage is about.
I will always be proud that I became your wife
Our love and happiness completed my life
But our life is not over as our love is still there
And as long as it's there I will always care.
So remember this when you sleep and dream
That I am the coffee and you are the cream
We will get through this time of being apart
And then this marriage will again restart

If implemented, the government's plans to reform legal aid could lead to hundreds of legal aid practitioners giving up legal aid work. This will leave many vulnerable clients unrepresented. The Law Society's campaign is supported by many of the most influential lobbying organisations in the country.
The What Price Justice campaign's objective is simple:
To persuade the government to guarantee an adequately funded legal aid system ensuring quality representation and access to justice for all.
If you believe in the principles of quality representation and access to justice for all in our society, please support our campaign.
