FIFAA

I was accused nearly two years ago by my adopted through marriage daughter, we had an amazing relationship, friends as well as dad/daughter, she came to me whenever she had problems etc.

But one day I got my usual kiss good bye see you later dad love you on her way to school, that afternoon social services arrived, She had made allegations of a not too serious a nature but obviously enough to involve the SS,, the case was closed, I had a break down and attempted suicide, left my wife and other children.

When I finally got my head sorted and moved back in with my wife we decided to move away from the small village we lived in for fear of intimidation and for our other childrens safety.

Shortly after moving and living full time back with my wife, the CPU arrived one morning to arrest me in front of my daughters, My accuser had changed her accusations to much more serious ones.

It has taken two years nearly of our lives being ripped/torn apart, with intimidation and physical and verbal abuse from the accuser who decided to follow us and move close by.

We have finally been assesed by SS and I am not deemed a threat to our other children and have a court case pending, I know I am likely to serve time for this alleged abuse, but it never happened, I will never plead guilty, never agree to go on a sex offenders course as I am innocent of these crimes and have never shown my accuser anything but fatherley love and support.

 Meanwhile my daughter is living with drug addicts and criminals and been in put in touch with her real father who HAS got a record of abuse...... the Child protection Unit have put her at risk of abuse drugs, underage drinking, and driving around with the local scroats (boy racers)

I am on bail not to go here and there and approach certain people but they are free to intimidate me and my family when they like after 8 incident numbers the police still have taken no action against them, these are people that have asked for special measures at court because they are so scared of me!!! so why is it I am the one on diazipam for anxiety and she wanders round shopping everyday?
